"Mark is the only massage therapist that I’ve been able to put my complete trust in, having been a client of his for close to 15 years. He truly knows how to read a person’s body, as well as listen to his clients when they describing how they’re feeling. His demeanor is soft spoken, kind and highly professional; and his massage techniques are extremely effective, from therapeutic post-operative work, to deep tissue sports massage."

Massage Therapy in Cornwall, NY —
Sports, Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Bodywork

Experienced Practitioner and Educator
For nearly three decades, I’ve helped clients in Cornwall, NY and the surrounding Hudson Valley relieve pain, reduce stress, and move more comfortably through life. As a licensed massage therapist with 29 years of experience, my work blends the best of Eastern and Western bodywork traditions to support long-term wellness, recovery, and performance.

My practice includes therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, using techniques such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Orthopedic Massage. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, work-related tension, post-injury recovery, or training fatigue, each session is tailored to your body and your goals. For clients comparing different practitioners in the region, experience and clinical understanding often make the biggest difference.

Athletes and active individuals—runners, cyclists, weekend warriors, and professionals—often seek out my sports massage and deep tissue work to improve mobility, speed recovery, and address overuse injuries. At the same time, many clients come simply to feel better in their bodies, manage stress, and restore balance.

In addition to clinical practice, I’ve spent much of my career teaching and mentoring other massage therapists. My education and leadership roles have included Lead Instructor for the Medical Massage Program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, faculty positions at the Helma Institute and the Institute for Therapeutic Massage, and the development of continuing education and professional training programs for licensed professionals.
